How can a complex leasing process become one clear visual journey?

I transformed the office leasing process into a one-page visual story, making multiple steps and layers of information easier to understand at a glance.

I transformed the office leasing process into a one-page visual story, making multiple steps and layers of information easier to understand at a glance.

Challenge

Concept

I turned the process into a single continuous route. A yellow line guides the reader through each stage, using the idea of a maze to make an otherwise functional process feel more intuitive and engaging.

Concept

System

The information is structured in three layers, problem, process and outcome, connected by one continuous visual route. Typography, icons and colour create hierarchy, allowing the reader to follow the journey without losing the bigger picture.

System

Outcome

A visual system that shows sustainability can feel active rather than predictable, and one concept that stretches across six expressions without losing itself.
